The return requests must be made no later than 15 working days after delivery of the order, and accompanied by MIKFIL Guarantee Request completed with all data relating to the same. The warranty document is always available and can be obtained here.
Requirements:
The return of parts must comply with the following conditions:
1 - The pieces must be in original packaging, intact and ready for sale.
2 - Upon acceptance of the application, the pieces should be placed in a protective box along with the warranty claim MIKFIL and carrier label.
Impediments:
No refund requests will be accepted under the following conditions:
1 - When the parts have been ordered especially for you (did not exist in our stock);
2 - damaged parts after delivery;
3 - Parts that are not in the original and intact packaging (no marks, dirt or adhesive tape).
4 - Parts with damage resulting from misuse, taking into account the use to which the product is intended, and the recommendations of the manufacturers.
Important:
- The sending of parts, can only take place after prior notification by email, fax or phone.
- Damaged orders should be reported immediately upon delivery, indicating immediately that fact in the observations of the Carrier Guide.
- The MIKFIL, assumes responsibility for the consequences of a bad installation or misuse of the product in the vehicle.
- After acceptance of the return, the MIKFIL will make the analysis of returned parts, premintido so that all the causes and possible defects of the products are cleared.
